B2B Telemarketing Account Manager for USA and UK in Jacksonville, Florida

YOUR TASKS

• Identifying high level key decision maker’s contacts through leads and from various sources
• Cold calling prospective customers (B2B)
• Developing and improving selling skills and strategies
• Build strong networks by joining associations, networking groups and utilising social media
• Cooperating with the project managers when preparing and sending quotes to interested potential customers
• Negotiate contract terms to ensure a win/win outcome
• Follow up sales leads and relationship building
• Developing and improving our sales & marketing strategy
• Data recording and customer account management requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Experience in B2B telesales, B2B outbound, sales or similar
• Perfect command of English (C2 or native / near native)
• Excellent IT level in Microsoft Office and other Microsoft based applications
